I had a good experience overall at the Doubletree by Hilton Southampton, but it wasn't without its hiccups. The staff was friendly and quick to resolve an issue with my room, and I really appreciated the complimentary drinks they offered. However, I did face some frustrations with the dining service, particularly at breakfast-time delays were a bit annoying. Overall, it's a lovely hotel that's great for families, especially since it's not far from Paultons Park.
